Role Overview:

Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and streamline daily agency operations
• Coordinate with teams to ensure timely delivery of client projects
• Track progress, maintain reports, and oversee task completion
• Improve and implement internal systems and workflows
• Handle communication, scheduling, and team coordination
• Ensure smooth execution and on-time delivery of all projects

Requirements:

• Prior experience in operations, admin, or project management (agency experience preferred)
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Proficiency with Google Workspace & project management tools (ClickUp, Trello, or Asana preferred)
• Strong multitasking and problem-solving abilities
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (not mandatory with relevant experience)
