Role Overview:

Were seeking a dynamic Operations Manager to oversee daily operations across academics, sales, marketing, and product, ensuring smooth execution, timely delivery, and measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

- Track and manage daily operations across academics, sales, marketing, and product.

- Oversee training batches, trainer schedules, and ensure high-quality learner experience.

- Coordinate with teams to execute marketing campaigns and social media plans.

- Monitor lead flow, conversions, and support the sales team in achieving monthly targets.

- Plan and track content calendars, campaigns, and brand visibility.

- Support new course launches, trainer onboarding, and curriculum rollouts.

- Maintain operational trackers, dashboards, and performance reports.

- Identify process gaps and drive efficiency and quality improvements.

Requirements:

- 2-4 years experience in operations, EdTech, or startups.

- Strong skills in coordination, marketing execution, and stakeholder management.

- Proficiency in Google Sheets, CRMs, and marketing tools.

- Result-driven mindset with high ownership.
