Job Overview: Inbound Sales Executive Metaverse Learn, an EdTech startup, is looking for a proactive and organized Inbound Sales Executive to assist with learner communication, batch coordination, and institutional outreach. This role involves handling customer queries, supporting enrollments, scheduling meetings with educational partners, and ensuring smooth day-to-day training operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining accurate records, managing batch progress, achieving sales targets and helping deliver a seamless learning experience to learners. Main Responsibilities: Call and explain the course details to interested students and help them register Work with trainers and educational institutes to make sure everything runs smoothly Successfully create business from new and existing customers Set up appointments with training centers to discuss and promote our courses Maintain proper records of calls, enrollments, and follow-ups. Share regular reports Build rapport and establish long-term relationships with customers Track batch progress, mark attendance, and keep learners and trainers updated Requirements: Graduate in any stream Minimum 2 years of experience as an Inbound Sales Executive Experience in EdTech is a plus Must speak Marathi, English, and Hindi fluently Skills Needed: Good communication, negotiation, and time management skills.
