Responsibilities:
● Act as the point of contact among executives, employees, clients, and other external partners.
● Manage information flow in a timely and accurate manner.
● Oversee the performance of other stakeholders.
● Update and maintain POS system accuracy.
● Track and analyze operational metrics (KPIs).
● Handle and resolve customer complaints.
● Identify and implement process improvements.
● Coordinate with teams for operational alignment.
● Monitor and enhance customer experience.
● Format information for internal and external communication – memos, emails, presentations, reports.
● Take minutes during meetings.
● Screen and direct phone calls and distribute correspondence.
