Position: Operations Manager

Location: Gurugram

Working Days: Monday to Friday

Experience Required: 5+ Years

Client: AI-enabled Studio

Key Responsibilities:

Build, streamline, and scale operational processes to ensure efficiency across business units.
Lead and inspire teams with a balance of empathy and accountability, fostering a results-driven culture.
Manage workload spikes by proactively identifying solutions—whether by optimizing internal resources or engaging external partners.
Track and enforce timelines rigorously, ensuring business commitments are met without compromise.
Continuously review and refine workflows to support rapid business growth and evolving client needs.
Partner with senior leadership to align operational strategy with overall business goals.
Act as a hands-on problem solver and decision-maker in day-to-day operations.

What We're Looking For:

5+ years of proven experience in operations management, preferably in fast-scaling or high-growth environments.
Strong people management skills—able to coach, motivate, and hold teams accountable.
A “getting things done’ attitude with resourcefulness and execution focus.
Strong personality with excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
Ability to perform under pressure and find quick, effective solutions to operational challenges.
Experience in tech-enabled, SaaS, or fashion tech-driven, e-commerce businesses is a plus.
