Roles and Responsibilities Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and regional markets for poultry-based products (e.g., processed chicken, eggs, feed supplements, etc.) Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, retailers, and institutional clients. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities. Plan and execute field visits, product demos, and customer engagement activities. Support in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Assist in pricing strategies, proposal preparation, and negotiation with clients. Provide input to marketing teams for campaigns, promotions, and new product launches. Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for senior management. Coordinate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely order fulfillment. Ensure compliance with company policies, customer satisfaction goals, and quality standards. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Agriculture, or related field. Minimum 02 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in the poultry or FMCG sector. Strong understanding of poultry products and the supply chain.
