Operations Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure all team members receive appropriate training, skills, possesses understanding of the therapeutic area, protocol, study related procedures, SOP's and ensure implementation.
• Prepare project plan including project timelines, budget & deliverables for projects assigned to team. Track timelines, milestones & budget requirements for assigned projects.
• Develop and maintain efficient, organized, systematic methods of protocol implementation through appropriate study tools and tracking systems.
• Provide sponsor and senior management with status reports and metrics throughout the project.
• Ensure revenue recognition - annual and monthly.
• Assist and guide the entire operations team at all levels in conducting pre-study, initiation, interim and close outs as needed.
• Organize through managers the preparation of detailed plans and schedules for travel for supervisory visits.
• Regular liaison with Investigators & other site members, sponsors, CRO and other vendors
• Drive patient recruitment & retention activities.
• Overall responsibility of feasibilities department: updating information and data and its dissemination to the team
• Intra and inter project sharing of best practices
• Resource allocation, utilization, and planning
• Study related checks and controls.
• Presentation/preparation of capability presentations to existing or new clients.
• Training and development of team members
• Identify & develop new sites.
• Assist in clinical trial feasibility.
• Promote PFC brand in the field of clinical research
• Competitive intelligence from sites about ongoing studies
• Identify new business opportunities with existing or new clients

Preferred candidate profile:

Candidates from Clinical Research Organization (SMO/CRO), Healthcare Institutions or Biotech Industry with clinical trial operations management
