Role & responsibilities Drive talent source and acquisition Manage full employee life cycle including their Joining to Exit Manage Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Confirmations letters and Promotion letters etc. Source recruitment agencies/on-line job portal, contract finalization, and continuous engagement. Manage job posting, screening candidates, schedule interviews with the line managers, salary negotiation, offer letter roll out etc. Manage on-boarding, joining documentation, induction training, briefing about company policy, welcome email to all new joiners with all policies and joining process. Manage employees attendance/leaves/records etc. and address employee queries relating to attendance, leave, salary, EPF, ESI, performance evaluation, etc. Maintain employee files, stationary records, and allotting stationery to employees. Assist employees for PF/UAN- login, KYC updating, advance Claim, PF Transfer, UAN activation, Joint Declaration form etc. Manage developing company policies in coordination with the management team, including but not limited to HR SOPs for Payroll Process, On-boarding, annual performance evaluation, performance improvement plan, grievances reporting, reimbursement process and exit process, F&F etc. Drive performance/variable pay review management in collaboration with the line managers, finalization of rating and submit date to Accounts for processing. Drive annual appraisal cycle with the line managers through closure for timely issuance of annual appraisal letters to employees. Manage periodical employee engagement activities and events. General office administration, HR compliance, and employees grievances management. Preferred candidate profile MBA (HR)/PGDHRM or equivalent At least 3-4 years in mid-level position, preferably from Pharma/Healthcare/Lifesciences, or CRO industry Good communication skills Candidates having less than or equal to 30 days notice period.
