Role & responsibilities Drive talent source and acquisition Manage full employee life cycle including their Joining to Exit Manage Offer Letters, Appointment Letters, Confirmations letters and Promotion letters etc. Source recruitment agencies/on-line job portal, contract finalization, and continuous engagement. Role & responsibilities We are looking for a hands-on IT Administrator who thrives in a fast-moving, multi-site environment. S/he will be responsible for managing, securing, and maintaining PFC Pharmas IT infrastructure and ensuring full compliance with company IT policies and data protection protocols. This role involves day-to-day technical support for employees, enforcing endpoint and network security (SEQRITE), managing user identities through Entra ID, Active Directory, and Google Workspace, and ensuring data privacy compliance for all clinical research operations. Manage, configure, and monitor all company laptops, desktops, and network devices. Ensure SEQRITE Endpoint Security is active, updated, and compliant across all endpoints. Troubleshoot hardware and software issues for employees (onsite and remote) through AnyDesk and other IT tools. Manage user identities and access permissions using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), Active Directory, and Google Workspace (GCPW). Create, modify, and deactivate user accounts as per HR requests. Enforce MFA (Multi-Factor Authentication), password policies, and access control compliance. Maintain records of user roles, system access levels, and device assignments. Implement and monitor Data Loss Prevention (DLP) measures in accordance with company policies. Assist in the setup and management of domain accounts, printers, and network drives.
