The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring seamless coordination between the sales team, and IT team to resolve queries and issues related to the portal. Key Responsibilities: 1. Portal Management: Oversee the daily operations of the payment portal, ensuring smooth functionality and resolving technical issues. 2. Sales Team Coordination: Respond to sales team queries related to the portal, providing timely solutions and support. 3. IT Team Coordination: Collaborate with the IT team to resolve technical issues, implement new features, and enhance portal functionality. 4. Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity. 5. Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to the portal, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance. 6. Communication: Ensure effective communication between the sales team, IT team, and other stakeholders. 7. Reporting: Provide regular reports on portal performance, issues, and resolutions. Requirements: 1. Experience: 2-5 years of experience in operations management, preferably in a fintech company. 2. Technical Skills: Familiarity with payment portals and technical issues resolution. 3. Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 4. Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. 5. Team Management: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Nice to Have: 1. Fintech Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the fintech industry and payment solutions. 2. Technical Certifications: Relevant technical certifications or training.
