Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Operations Manager role, located in Surat. The Operations Manager will oversee daily business operations, manage supply chain activities, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include coordinating logistics for chemical shipments, optimizing operational efficiency, managing internal teams, collaborating with suppliers and clients, and implementing process improvements. The Operations Manager will also maintain inventory, monitor financial budgets, and ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Supply Chain Management, Logistics, and Operational Efficiency
• Experience in Team Leadership, Vendor Relations, and Client Communication
• Understanding of Safety Regulations, Compliance, and IMDG standards
• Proficiency in Inventory Management, Process Optimization, and Budget Monitoring
• Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in relevant software tools like ERP systems
• Preferably a degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Experience in chemical or related industries will be an advantage
