We are hiring an Operations Manager to oversee daily operations at our Jaipur office. This role includes office administration, HR support, payroll coordination, and client communication. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively. This is an on-site position based in Jaipur; remote work is not available. This is an immediate opening.
· Manage office operations, staff timesheets, and daily administration.
· Support recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and statutory compliance (PF, taxation, group insurance).
· Coordinate with clients, schedule governance calls, and manage communications.
· Support management with business initiatives, including reporting and lead generation.
· Experience working with or supporting a Security Operations Center (SOC) team will be an added advantage.
· Graduate degree; over 5 years of experience in operations, HR, or administration.
· Excellent organizational and communication skills.
· Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of HR/payroll software is a plus.
· Collaborate with specialized teams like SOC (Security Operations Center) as needed.
