Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager, located in Surat. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the debt recovery process, coordinate with agencies and legal professionals, and ensure seamless communication between all stakeholders. The role includes strategic case management, monitoring performance metrics, and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness in debt recovery.

Qualifications

• Operational Management and Strategic Case Management skills
• Team Coordination and Communication skills, including liaising with agencies and legal professionals
• Performance Monitoring and Process Improvement skills
• Knowledge of Ethical and Legal Debt Recovery Practices
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
• Excellent organizational and project management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field
• Experience in the debt recovery or financial services industry is a plus
