Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Recovery Agent located in Surat. The Recovery Agent will be responsible for managing debt collection processes, interacting with clients and recovery agencies, and ensuring compliance with legal requirements. Day-to-day tasks include tracking overdue payments, negotiating repayment plans, maintaining detailed records, and providing exceptional customer service while adhering to ethical standards.
