Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily business operations across departments.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics.
Manage inventory, logistics, and supply chain processes (if applicable).
Coordinate between departments (sales, HR, finance, etc.) for seamless operations.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Identify and resolve workflow or efficiency issues.
Report operational performance and suggest improvements to senior management.
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of staff or supervisors.
Manage vendor and third-party relationships.
Plan and execute strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in operations, supply chain, or general management.
Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.
Proficient in MS Office and operations management.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
