Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily business operations across departments.
  • Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics.
  • Manage inventory, logistics, and supply chain processes (if applicable).
  • Coordinate between departments (sales, HR, finance, etc.) for seamless operations.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Identify and resolve workflow or efficiency issues.
  • Report operational performance and suggest improvements to senior management.
  • Lead, motivate, and manage a team of staff or supervisors.
  • Manage vendor and third-party relationships.
  • Plan and execute strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven experience (typically 3+ years) in operations, supply chain, or general management.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Proficient in MS Office and operations management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
