Operations Manager

Job Title: Operations Manager 

Location: One Lodha Place, Lower Parel 

Time: Monday to Friday and 1st, 4th and 5th Saturday working. 8.30am to 5.30pm 

Reports To: Director 

Job Overview 

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Operations Manager with a strong background 

in operations management, documentation handling, and end-to-end process coordination. The 

ideal candidate should have 3+ years of hands-on operational experience and will be responsible for 

managing the complete day-to-day operations of the company. 

Key Responsibilities 

• Overseeing end-to-end coordination of daily operational and accounting tasks 

• Verifying and ensuring the accuracy of all invoices 

• Ensuring timely creation and correctness of Purchase Orders (POs) 

• Monitoring receivables and payables to ensure timely follow-ups and closures 

• Coordinating smooth and seamless logistics operations 

• Managing all key documentation and ensuring required approvals are obtained 

• Processing and approving Credit Notes (CN) and Debit Notes (DN) 

• Ensuring timely payments to vendors and timely collections from clients 

• Overseeing timely dispatch and shipment processes 

• Maintaining accurate, complete, and updated documentation for all transactions 

Key Requirements 

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline 

• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in operations, documentation, and coordination 

• Familiarity with logistics processes and operational systems 

• Strong understanding of documentation workflows and compliance requirements 

• Excellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills 

• Ability to multitask, prioritize effectively, and work under pressure
