About the role

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring clean, safe, and fully equipped classrooms and labs.
• Manage infrastructure, repairs, and procurement of equipment and supplies.
• Optimize scheduling, inventory, and facility readiness.
• Ensure compliance with PD: Approval, REPS India, NSDC, and SPEFL-SC requirements.
• Implement and monitor wellness and safety policies.
• Support academic teams in organizing events and workshops.
• Coordinate with Academics, HR, and Admin for seamless operations.
• Use operational tools for scheduling, reporting, and task management.
• Uphold K11’s values of ethical conduct, collaboration, and well-being.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 4+ years of experience in facility or operations management, preferably in an educational or training institution.
• Strong organizational and leadership skills with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in using operational management tools and systems.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance frameworks relevant to educational institutions.
