Role Description This is a full-time on-site role based in Ahmedabad for an Operations Manager. The Operations Manager will oversee production operations, implement quality control processes, ensure optimal resource utilization, and manage day-to-day operational activities. Responsibilities include supervising workflow, coordinating with cross-functional teams, maintaining compliance with industry standards, and identifying opportunities for process improvements. Role Objective To lead the growth of our dealer network and drive consistent monthly sales by building strong, transparent, and profitable relationships with dealers in the RO industry. This role will play a pivotal part in transforming our business from a traditional trading model into a “tech-enabled distribution platform” , focusing on speed, reliability, and dealer success. Key Responsibilities 1. Dealer Network Creation & Expansion Identify, onboard, and activate new dealers in key regions. Build strong relationships with existing dealers to increase wallet share. Conduct regular market visits to understand dealer needs and competitor activities. Develop and execute dealer engagement programs (incentives, loyalty, training). 2. Sales Growth & Revenue Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive planning and execution. Ensure minimum offtake from each active dealer based on region/category. Introduce and promote new SKUs through bundled offers or product education. Maintain clear reporting on sales pipeline, conversion, and collection. 3. Distribution Strategy Execution Work with management to implement the “New-Gen Distribution Platform” Educate dealers on using WhatsApp/App ordering systems. Coordinate closely with operations for timely dispatch, delivery, and issue resolution. 4. Market & Product Intelligence Provide regular feedback on product trends, pricing, and market movement. Identify gaps in product range and suggest new opportunities. Support content creation (product demo videos, dealer success stories, etc.) to strengthen brand trust. Key Skills & Experience Experience: 5–10 years in dealer/distribution sales (preferably RO, FMCG, hardware, electricals, or auto parts industry). Network: Existing relationships with dealers or distributors is a strong plus. Mindset: Entrepreneurial, disciplined, and execution-focused. Skills: Strong communication and negotiation. Understanding of dealer behavior and regional trade practices. Basic comfort with digital tools (WhatsApp, Excel, CRM apps). Ability to travel frequently.
