Manager Operations

Operational Excellence and Quality Management Ensure all properties meet or exceed defined quality standards Implement and maintain effective property management systems Achieve target scores in internal and external audits Successfully manage transitions from project teams to operations & maintenance teams Proactively manage site operations and maintenance activities Effectively handle escalations Client Relationship Management Maintain regular interaction and review sessions with clients Ensure timely sharing and review of Daily Management Reports (DMRs) and Monthly Management Reports (MMRs) Achieve high client satisfaction scores Vendor Management Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and evaluations Ensure vendors meet quality and service level standards Technology Implementation and Innovation Drive the implementation of IT tools and AI in day-to-day operations Support the rollout and implementation of SOPs, Preventive and Reactive Complaint Management Software, and other IT tools (e.g., KADence, CMO, FSI Go, etc.) Compliance and Risk Management Assist in maintaining and renewing site-related Building Statutory Compliances Support administrative, compliance, and legal documentation requirements Ensure timely completion of snagging and de-snagging verification assignments Financial Performance Monitor and ensure timely submission of invoices to clients Track payments from clients and maintain strict DSO (Days Sales Outstanding) Monitor and control payroll inputs and related allocation queries Team Management and Development Actively involve and engage with the site team Monitor people platforms (e.g., Workday) for team management Coordinate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) for planned service reviews and audits Business Development Support Provide support on visits for BD queries Contribute inputs for BD proposals as required Contract Management Track site agreements and initiate necessary renewal processes Ensure timely communication with the team regarding contract renewals Continuous Improvement Implement best practices across the cluster Identify and propose innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency
