Description
Role & responsibilities Operational Oversight Manage end-to-end operations for auto leasing and solar finance, including customer onboarding, documentation, disbursement, servicing, and closures. Design and implement SOPs to optimize workflows, reduce TATs, and enhance customer experience. Monitor and manage SLAs with internal teams and external partners (OEMs, dealers, solar EPC partners, financiers, etc.). Process & Compliance Management Ensure full regulatory and policy compliance across both verticals. Work closely with the legal and risk teams to manage documentation and ensure timely audits. Implement process controls to reduce operational risks and data discrepancies. Cross-functional Collaboration Liaise with sales, credit, collections, product, and tech teams to ensure smooth execution of customer journeys. Assist product managers in developing new features by providing operational insights. Preferred candidate profile 5 - 10 years of operations experience in Home Loan, Loan Against security, auto leasing, vehicle finance, solar loans, NBFC, fintech, or similar industries. Strong knowledge of financial products, leasing models, and solar project financing is highly desirable. Proficient in MS Excel, operational tools, and CRM platforms. Demonstrated ability to lead teams and manage large-scale operational processes. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
