Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1 .Client Acquisition & Relationship Management: Identify, target, and acquire key corporate clients for Working Capital Finance, Term Loans, Supply Chain Finance, and Factoring products. Develop long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and cross-selling opportunities. 2. Product Structuring & Deal Execution: Work closely with clients to structure bespoke lending solutions based on their financial needs. Negotiate and execute financing deals while managing the entire lending process from origination to disbursement. 3. Credit Assessment & Risk Management: Analyze corporate financials, assess creditworthiness, and collaborate with the credit team for risk evaluation. Proactively identify risks and implement risk mitigation strategies for key accounts. 4. Market Intelligence & Strategy: Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends in the corporate lending space. Work with the strategy team to refine product offerings and develop go-to-market strategies. 5. Revenue & Portfolio Management: Monitor and achieve revenue targets through lending portfolios. Ensure timely repayment of loans, monitor the portfolios health, and take necessary actions for delinquent accounts. Preferred candidate profile Product Knowledge - In-depth understanding of Working Capital, Term Loans, SCF, Factoring Relationship Management - Stakeholder engagement, CXO-level interaction Financial Acumen - Balance sheet analysis, credit risk assessment Sales & Negotiation Skills - Pitching solutions, closing deals, key account management Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking - Structuring tailor-made financing solutions Communication Skills - Strong written, verbal, and presentation abilities
