Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee and streamline the day-to-day operations of our organization. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational excellence, enhancing team performance, and driving the company’s strategic goals forward.

Key Responsibilities

· Supervise, coordinate, and monitor daily operations across multiple departments to ensure smooth workflows and optimal productivity.

· Oversee administrative processes and ensure strict compliance with company policies and standards.

· Develop and implement innovative strategies to improve operational efficiency and team effectiveness.

· Prepare comprehensive operational reports and maintain accurate, up-to-date records for management review.

· Liaise effectively with senior management, providing insights and contributing to strategic planning initiatives.

· Manage inventory, logistics, and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers.

· Coordinate internally with team members and externally with clients to ensure seamless communication and service delivery.

· Lead and motivate large teams, fostering a culture of accountability and high performance.

· Handle operational challenges and resolve issues swiftly and professionally, even in high-pressure situations.

Required Qualifications

· Age: 35 to 40 years.

· Minimum 5 years of proven experience in operations and administration, preferably in a managerial capacity.

· Demonstrated expertise in managing teams of 50+ personnel across diverse functions.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and ability to adapt to new technologies quickly.

· Must hold a valid driving license and have access to a personal vehicle for work-related travel.

· Exceptional organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills.

· Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.

· Ability to perform effectively under pressure and in challenging situations.

· Experience in implementing new strategies and ensuring successful execution.
