Position: Operations Manager/ Senior Operations Manager Relevant Experience: 5+ years Location: Indore Roles and Responsibilities: Operation Manager will be responsible for- 1) Providing inspired leadership to our growing customer experience center 2) Various processes, their definition, execution and constant improvement 3) Identifying and addressing problems and opportunities to improve efficiency of the team 4) Overall operations and productivity of the center Skill Sets Required -: 1) Candidate should have experience of managing a small/mid-size team (15-25 people) 2) Should be detail or data oriented 3) With good problem solving and communication skills 4) Should be hands on with MS Office packages 5) Candidate from lending operations will add advantage Preferred Programs: 1) B.Com./B.Sc./or any equivalent degree (B.E. or B.
