Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager based in Chennai. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure smooth and efficient service delivery. Responsibilities include coordinating with vendors, oversee project executions, implementing operational policies, and ensuring execution compliance with standard practises. The Operations Manager will work closely with clients to address their needs and ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Experience in operations management and process optimization
• Language proficiency - Hindi (Mandatory), English, Tamil, Telugu

• Knowledge of surveillance, intrusion, and networking systems

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field
• Experience in the technology services or system integration industry is a plus
