Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Executive located in Chennai. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, employee relations, and HR policies. Daily tasks include developing and implementing HR strategies, overseeing recruitment processes, training employees, managing employee records, addressing employee queries, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal regulations.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Experience in HR Operations and HR Policies
• Strong Employee Relations skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Experience in the technology services or system integration industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
