Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Manager based in Indore. The Operations Manager will oversee the daily operations of the company, ensuring efficiency and alignment with organizational goals. Responsibilities include managing and streamlining operational processes, supervising team performance, coordinating with cross-functional departments, monitoring budgets, and implementing strategies for operational improvements. The role also involves maintaining quality standards, addressing operational challenges, and adapting processes to meet evolving company objectives.

Qualifications

Strong operational management and process optimization skills
Experience in team leadership, collaboration, and supervising employees
Financial management, budgeting, and resource allocation capabilities
Proficiency in identifying and implementing operational strategies to enhance business efficiency
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to thrive in an on-site, fast-paced environment and adapt to change
Experience in the banking, financial services, or loan distribution industry is a plus
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus
