Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the end-to-end operational functions of our engineering projects, particularly in the home automation . The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing site operations, vendor coordination, resource allocation, and ensuring timely project execution. Key Responsibilities: Plan, manage, and supervise day-to-day operations across engineering project sites. Conduct regular site visits to monitor work progress, quality control, and ensure safety compliance. Manage overall project execution timelines, budgets, and manpower planning. Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal teams for project updates and issue resolution. Oversee procurement, vendor management, and material logistics. Ensure effective implementation of home automation systems as per client specifications. Track and report operational KPIs and project status to the management. Identify process improvement areas and implement best practices for operational efficiency. Lead and motivate field staff and project supervisors to achieve performance goals. Manage project documentation, billing, and compliance-related activities. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Electrical/Electronics/Mechanical/Civil) or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in operations or project management in engineering, industrial, or home automation sectors. Strong understanding of site execution, MEP works, and system integration. Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
