With a vision to deliver efficient, affordable, and quality care, we are seeking a capable Operations Manager to lead and streamline operations across our healthcare and retail verticals. Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Operations Manager to oversee the operations of our FMCG retail outlet , pharmacy , and polyclinic at our Shivpur Chungi facility. The role requires a hands-on leader who can manage multi-unit operations, ensure compliance, improve efficiency, and deliver an outstanding customer and patient experience. Key Responsibilities: FMCG Store Operations Oversee daily operations, stock planning, and replenishment. Monitor sales performance and optimize store layout and merchandising. Ensure proper storage, billing, and hygiene protocols. Reduce wastage and enhance customer service standards. Pharmacy Operations Supervise procurement, inventory control, and dispensation of medicines. Ensure adherence to Drug and Cosmetics Act and pharmacy guidelines. Verify prescriptions and maintain accurate transaction records. Coordinate with pharmaceutical vendors and ensure stock availability. Polyclinic Operations Manage appointment scheduling, patient registration, and front-desk operations. Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and diagnostic service providers. Maintain compliance with clinical, sanitation, and regulatory protocols. Ensure patient satisfaction and a smooth service delivery process. Administrative & Team Leadership Lead, train, and supervise staff across all departments. Implement SOPs, work schedules, and performance review systems. Manage vendors, suppliers, and service partners efficiently. Handle escalations, customer complaints, and conflict resolution. Budgeting & Reporting Prepare and track operational budgets and cost efficiencies. Monitor KPIs and generate regular performance reports. Recommend improvements in systems and workflows. Qualifications: Graduate/Postgraduate in Business Administration, Healthcare, Pharmacy, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of hands-on operations management experience in FMCG, Pharmacy, or Healthcare settings. Familiarity with inventory software, POS systems, and compliance standards. Strong leadership, team coordination, and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
