The Role:

Operations Manager

You’ll oversee cross-functional teams—from social media managers and video editors to software developers and analytics experts—ensuring smooth workflows, on-brand creative output, and efficient execution across all departments. Your leadership will help us scale smartly while maintaining the high quality our clients expect.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily operations across digital marketing and IT functions
  • Oversee creative workflows for video production, social media, and design
  • Collaborate with project managers, designers, editors, and social media teams to ensure content quality and timely delivery
  • Coordinate with the tech/development team on project timelines, resource planning, and delivery
  • Optimize internal processes and cross-functional workflows
  • Monitor KPIs, client analytics, and performance dashboards
  • Improve team productivity, budget efficiency, and project turnaround
  • Maintain quality control over brand aesthetics, messaging, and user experience
  • Serve as the communication bridge between creative, tech, and strategic leadership
  • Implement and refine SOPs, tools, and reporting systems for smooth remote collaboration

Who You Are:

  • Proven experience in operations within a digital agency or IT/digital marketing environment
  • Strong leadership and people management skills across creative and technical teams
  • Eye for design and visual storytelling with the ability to review and assess creative work
  • Excellent grasp of digital marketing, social media platforms, and analytics tools
  • Comfortable with software development cycles and basic technical workflows
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving abilities
  • Resourceful, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced remote setup
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field
