Job Description

Develop and implement operational strategies and policies to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflow and timely execution of tasks.
Identify and address operational issues and bottlenecks to improve performance.
Oversee and manage the operations team, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
Analyze and identify areas for process improvement and optimization.
Implement new technologies and systems to streamline operations and enhance productivity.
Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and quality.
Manage budgets, allocate resources effectively, and monitor expenses to ensure cost-effectiveness.
Oversee procurement of materials, equipment, and supplies, ensuring timely availability and quality.
Ensure adherence to quality standards, industry regulations, and company policies.
Implement and maintain quality control measures to minimize errors and defects.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
