• Oversee day to day operations of the mutual fund distribution firm.
• Coordinate with various teams to complete tasks in a timely manner
• Monitor and analyse Operational data and Reports for enhancing operational efficiency
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with mutual fund companies, clients and all stakeholders to ensure mutually beneficial partnerships.
• Drive the digitization and automation of operational processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. 2. At least 6 MONTHS of experience in operations management, preferably in the mutual fund distribution industry or any finance industry. 3. Basic knowledge of mutual fund products, processes, and regulations in India. 4. Strong managerial skills and multitasking skills. 5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail. 6. Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence. 7. Good understanding of technology and its integration within operational processes. 8. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders effectively. 9. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, handling multiple priorities simultaneously. 10. Certification or additional qualification in mutual funds or operations management will be an added advantage.
