Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager with a strong B2B Sales background to oversee day-to-day business operations, streamline processes, and drive efficiency across departments. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of B2B sales cycles, client relationship management, and operational excellence, ensuring smooth coordination between sales, operations, and customer success teams

Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Management
  • Oversee daily business operations to ensure smooth functioning across departments.
  • Design, implement, and optimize operational processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Monitor KPIs and prepare reports to track business performance
  • Sales Operations & Support
  • Work closely with the sales team to support B2B lead generation, pipeline management, and deal execution.
  • Develop and manage sales dashboards, forecasts, and CRM processes.
  • Ensure proper contract management, pricing approvals, and compliance with sales policies
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Act as a bridge between sales, marketing, finance, and customer success teams.
  • Ensure seamless onboarding, delivery, and support for B2B clients.
  • Resolve operational bottlenecks and escalate issues when required.
  • Client & Vendor Management
  • Support client relationship teams in ensuring high service quality and timely deliveries.
  • Manage vendor negotiations, procurement processes, and third-party partnerships
  • Process Improvement & Strategy
  • Identify gaps in workflows and suggest automation/technology-driven solutions.
  • Collaborate with leadership to design growth strategies and operational roadmaps.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
