A leading designer and manufacturer of advanced technological equipment for industries like automotive, aerospace, energy, and consumer goods. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager / Business Development Manager to head our Indian operations. The ideal candidate will drive business growth, manage the team, and ensure smooth and profitable functioning of the branch.
Location: Delhi NCR (preferably Gurgaon) – Hybrid (Work from Home + Occasional client visits & office meetings)
Employment Type: Full-time, permanent
Experience: 7+ years in Operations or B2B Business Development (Engineering Sector)
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Oversee daily operations and ensure branch profitability
✔ Lead and manage a team of 15+ employees
✔ Drive business development and acquire new industrial clients
✔ Monitor financial performance, budgets, and accounts receivable
✔ Maintain strong coordination with the Head Office
✔ Optimize and standardize operational processes
✔ Analyze market trends, competition, and new opportunities
✔ Prepare and submit accurate business reports
✔ Represent the company at industry exhibitions and client meetings
Requirements:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Economics, Sales Management, or related field
Experience in mechanical engineering, electronics, or tooling (preferred)
Strong understanding of the Indian market & existing client network
Fluent in English & Hindi
Proven leadership & team management skills
Proficiency in MS Office & reporting tools
Valid driver’s license & personal vehicle (advantage)
