Job Description

Monitoring Production or Manufacturing Process: Operations managers supervise and direct the organisation’s operational procedures to ensure they function smoothly and effectively
Budget Management: Operations managers oversee the organisation’s operational budgets to ensure that the resources are utilised efficiently
