Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Back Office Executive to support daily operations in a glass manufacturing company. The ideal candidate will manage administrative tasks, coordinate with departments, and ensure smooth documentation and communication flow between internal teams and clients. Key Responsibilities: Handle data entry, maintain records, and update internal databases (e.g., client details, order status, inventory). Prepare quotations, invoices, and delivery notes. Coordinate with the production, sales, and logistics teams for order updates and dispatch schedules. Communicate with clients regarding order status, basic queries, and follow-ups. Maintain stock records and help in inventory reporting. Ensure all documents are properly filed and accessible. Support the team with other administrative and clerical duties as needed. Requirements: Proven experience in an administrative or back office role (preferably in manufacturing or similar industries). Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook). Good communication skills (verbal and written). Ability to multitask and prioritize workload effectively. Basic understanding of production and dispatch processes is a plus. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Work Location: In person
