West Downs, The Heritage Resort, is a premier luxury property in Ooty, known for its historic charm, elegant ambiance, and exceptional guest experiences. We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our team and uphold our high standards of service and hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day resort operations across all departments (Front Office, Housekeeping, F&B, Maintenance, Security).

Ensure exceptional guest experiences and promptly resolve any service issues.

Manage and train department heads and staff to maintain service excellence.

Monitor budgets, control costs, and optimize operational efficiency.

Ensure compliance with all safety, hygiene, and statutory requirements.

Preserve and enhance the resort’s heritage character while improving facilities.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field.

5+ years of managerial experience in luxury hotels or resorts.

Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in hospitality systems and operational management.

Passion for heritage hospitality and guest satisfaction.
