About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Operations Manager to lead and streamline core functions including Recruitment, HR Operations, Finance (UK & India payroll, UK VAT, and Indian GST), and Project Management.

This role requires a proactive mindset, strong leadership qualities, and a passion for growth and efficiency. You will collaborate closely with recruitment and operational teams to drive output, ensure smooth execution, and implement intelligent delegation. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, values ownership, and is deeply committed to professional advancement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage teams across Recruitment, HR, Operations, Finance and Project Management
• Drive efficiency and output across departments
• Monitor and improve team performance and productivity
• Ensure seamless coordination between recruitment, HR, and project teams
• Work independently with minimal guidance or no guidance.
• Communicate clearly, professionally, and promptly—both verbally and in writing
• Take ownership of projects and processes from end to end
• Continuously identify areas of improvement and propose smart solutions
• Stay highly involved, asking for more responsibilities to support company growth

• Prior experience is advantageous but not mandatory—fast learners are encouraged to apply

Mandatory Requirements:

• Minimum 90% in Mathematics in both 10th and 12th grade
• Must have graduated from a university listed on Wikipedia with a Top 100 ranking in India. Applications not meeting this criterion will not be considered.
