Job Description

Job Title: Operations Manager

Industry: Manpower Supply / Construction Staffing

Location: Kerala

Salary - 7 LPA TO 10LPA

Job Summary

The Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily operations related to

workforce deployment, client coordination, onboarding new team, compliance, and team

management. This role is critical in ensuring efficient manpower supply, high client

satisfaction, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Management:
  • Liaise with clients to understand their project requirements.
  • Ensure timely and accurate deployment of manpower to client sites.
  • Handle client queries and resolve issues promptly.

Operations & Coordination:

  • Plan, organize, and supervise daily operations related to manpower deployment.
  • Coordinate with HRM / recruitment teams to ensure availability of skilled workers.
  • Track attendance, performance, and productivity of deployed staff.

Team Management:

  • Manage field coordinators, supervisors, and administrative staff.
  • Provide leadership, training, and support to the operations team.

Compliance & Documentation:

  • Ensure adherence to labour laws, visa regulations, and client-specific compliance

requirements.

  • Maintain all records of employees , contracts, and client communications.

Logistics & Scheduling:

  • Plan transportation, accommodation, and shift schedules for workers.
  • Monitor costs and work towards improving cost efficiency.

Reporting & Analysis:

Generate regular reports on workforce status, deployment efficiency, and client feedback.

Analyse operations data to identify areas for improvement and cost savings.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration/MBA - Operations Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in operations, preferably in a manpower or staffing

industry.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with labour laws and compliance requirements.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and workforce management software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple clients and demands.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience managing blue-collar workforce deployment.
  • Fluency in Malayalam , English and Hindi.
  • Knowledge of HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
