Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Operations Manager located in Navi Mumbai. The Operations Manager will oversee daily operations, manage manufacturing processes, ensure quality control, and implement operational strategies. Responsibilities include coordinating with different departments, optimizing resource utilization, analyzing operational performance, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. Additionally, the Operations Manager will be responsible for staff management, process improvement, and supporting business growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Operations Management in Spice manufacturing for minimum of 5yrs
• Experience in Manufacturing Processes and Process Improvement
• Staff Management and Coordination skills
• Compliance, Analytical, and Problem-Solving Skills specific to Spices and Food Manufacturing
• Strong organizational and leadership skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively on-site in Navi Mumbai
• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in the Spice manufacturing industry is a must
