Job Description

Profile candidate: International operations/ logistics

We seek an experienced International Operations and Logistics Manager to lead our global operations, including freight handling, quality and customs documentation, and inventory management.

Responsibilities

1. Coordinating with the customers & factory for the delivery of orders and timely supplies. Managing invoicing and coordinating receivables

2. Documentation needed by customers and vendor application forms to be filled out a timely.

3. Coordinating with suppliers and other office staff to ensure the timely completion and submission of logistics documentation,

as well as customer-required documents, to facilitate smooth operations.

4. Drive sales growth by pushing existing customers for more orders.

5. Collaborate with the Freight and logistics team, making sure the supplies are on time.

6. Collaboration with the marketing team to align orders and supplies.

Must Have: Good English speaking and email drafting.

Requirements

1. 2+ years of experience in international operations management..

2. Knowledge of global supply chain management, logistics and sales principles.

3. Excellent communication, International marketing, Coordination, negotiation & leadership skills.

4. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or related field.
