Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee the end-to-end operations of the consultancy.
Lead, guide, and motivate the operations team to achieve performance goals.
Develop and implement efficient processes for student counseling, documentation, applications, visa processing, and follow-ups.
Ensure smooth coordination between counseling, admissions, marketing, and support teams.
Monitor student applications and ensure timely submissions to universities abroad.
Build and maintain strong relationships with students, parents, and international partner institutions.
Analyze operational data, prepare reports, and suggest improvements for business growth.
Ensure compliance with international education policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
Handle escalations effectively and resolve student or parent queries with professionalism.

Requirements:

Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Management, Education, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of proven experience in operations management within the overseas education industry (MBBS/Engineering specialization preferred).
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
Ability to multitask, handle pressure, and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Experience:

Abroad Studies: 5 years (Required)

Work Location: In person
