Key Responsibilities

• Lead, streamline, and oversee

  day-to-day operations

  across devices, Smart PHCs, testing programs, and health camps.
• Work with senior management to

  design, implement, and optimize operational strategies

• Manage

  teams of field staff, and partners

  , ensuring high-quality service delivery.
• Build systems and SOPs for

  process efficiency, compliance, and quality control

  .
• Ensure

  timely execution of projects

  in alignment with client, CSR partner, and stakeholder requirements.
• Generate MIS reports, and present

  data-driven insights

  for continuous improvement.
• Anticipate challenges,

  troubleshoot operational issues

  , and implement practical solutions swiftly.
• Coordinate logistics, supply chain, and resource allocation to meet project targets.

Must-Have Skills & Qualities

• Proven experience (5 years)

  in healthcare operations, diagnostics, MedTech, or related fields.
• Strong

  team leadership and people management

  capabilities.
• Excellent

  organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills

  .
• Ability to

  work under pressure

  , manage multiple projects, and deliver results on tight timelines.
• Familiarity with

  healthcare delivery systems, CSR projects, and healthcare programs

  is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in
