Operations Intern

Responsibilities

• Identify and contact potential pharmacy partners through outbound calls to generate leads and explain KwikMedi's value proposition clearly and convincingly.
• Schedule meetings for the Business Development (BD) / Field Sales team and follow up with leads to ensure engagement.
• Handle inbound calls and inquiries, converting them into onboarding opportunities.
• Make structured feedback calls to pharmacies after sales team visits, assess interest, and take ownership of onboarding where applicable.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding process - from document collection and verification to successful registration.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date partner data in CRM tools and Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with internal teams (marketing and operations) to ensure smooth communication and partner satisfaction.
• Assist in improving operational processes based on partner feedback and on-ground insights.
• Support general operational and documentation tasks as needed.
  

Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in both Hindi and English.
• Confident, persuasive, and target-driven with a proactive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
• A basic understanding of the healthcare/pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
• Familiarity with tools like Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, and CRM systems (e. g., Zoho, HubSpot) is a bonus.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple responsibilities.
