Operations Intern

Full-time internship in Masais NBFC operations vertical. This is an on-site role; candidates must be ready to work from the office. Saturdays are typically working days.

• Coordinate with multiple internal stakeholders to support NBFC operations.


• Communicate regularly with Masai students via phone and email; significant calling is involved.


• Maintain, organize, and analyze data using Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel.


• Plan and schedule meetings with stakeholders; prepare agendas and follow-ups.


• Provide daily status updates and progress reports to the manager.


• Execute assigned tasks accurately according to manager guidance and established processes.


• Support ad-hoc operational activities and be ready to learn new tasks as required.

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel.


• Strong knowledge of data handling in Google Sheets.


• Good verbal and written communication skills; comfortable making phone calls.


• Organizational skills and the ability to coordinate across teams.


• Attention to detail and reliability in daily reporting.
