Key Responsibilities

• Follow up with all teams and track progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Identify delays or blockages and update the Founder with clear, actionable reports.
• Conduct research on tools, solutions, ideas, competitors, and market insights.
• Assist in brainstorming new concepts and converting them into structured action plans.
• Prepare daily/weekly reports, documentation, and summaries for internal use.
• Ensure decisions taken by the Founder are communicated and executed across teams.
• Maintain operational trackers and ensure accountability across departments.
• Support HR tasks including posting job openings, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, onboarding documentation, attendance updates, and basic team records.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any field (completed or pursuing).
• 0–4 years of experience (freshers welcome).
• Good with MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic project tools.
• Must be available for full-time, on-site work in Ghaziabad.
