We are looking for a proactive and organised Operations Intern to support the Founder in coordinating day-to-day activities across all teams. This role is ideal for someone who is curious, responsible, and eager to learn how a fast-paced startup operates. HR tasks will be part of the role but secondary to core operations. Key Responsibilities Follow up with all teams and track progress, deadlines, and deliverables. Identify delays or blockages and update the Founder with clear, actionable reports. Conduct research on tools, solutions, ideas, competitors, and market insights. Assist in brainstorming new concepts and converting them into structured action plans. Prepare daily/weekly reports, documentation, and summaries for internal use. Ensure decisions taken by the Founder are communicated and executed across teams. Maintain operational trackers and ensure accountability across departments. Support HR tasks including posting job openings, screening applicants, coordinating interviews, onboarding documentation, attendance updates, and basic team records. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any field (completed or pursuing). 0–4 years of experience (freshers welcome). Good with MS Excel / Google Sheets and basic project tools. Must be available for full-time, on-site work in Ghaziabad. Stipend - Rs. 20,000 per month Duration - 3 months
