Role Overview

The Operations Intern will support the Program Manager in smooth execution of career guidance programs across Delhi NCR. The role requires strong coordination skills, field engagement, and timely data handling.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with counselors for session scheduling and delivery
• Collect, verify, and organize program data into designated reporting sheets
• Conduct basic data analysis to support program monitoring
• Coordinate with schools, vendors, and partner organizations as needed
• Support

  on-ground operations

  through site visits in and around Delhi
• Conduct sessions such as orientation / awareness / activity-based engagements, if required
• Assist in documentation, MIS updates, and follow-ups

• Be available on all working days for field and operations support

• Report to the office on roster days as planned by the team

• Perform any other tasks required to ensure successful implementation

Requirements

• Graduate in Social Sciences, Education, Management, or related fields
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Basic proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets
• Comfortable with field travel across Delhi NCR
• Passion to work in education & social impact sector
