Job Overview:


We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager with 1-3 years of experience to join our growing performance marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. Your goal will be to drive measurable performance and achieve key growth metrics, including lead generation, conversions, and ROI.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Campaign Strategy: Develop and implement data-driven performance marketing strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, YouTube, and more.
  • Execution & Optimization: Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns to maximize conversions and ROI. Manage budgets and adjust bids to ensure campaign success.
  • Data Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as CPLs, CPA, ROI, and conversion rates to provide actionable insights for ongoing optimization.
  • A/B Testing: Design and execute A/B testing of ad creatives, landing pages, and audiences to continuously improve campaign performance.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with content, creative, and business teams to ensure campaigns align with overall marketing goals.
  • Reporting: Prepare and present performance reports with insights and recommendations for future campaigns.
  • Lead Generation: Drive high-quality leads and conversions through targeted paid media campaigns.

Qualifications:


  • Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 1-3 years of hands-on experience managing performance marketing campaigns across platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, Google Tag Manager, etc.
  • Proven track record of running successful paid campaigns with strong ROI
  • Prior work experience in the Edtech industry is a plus.
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimizing campaigns for various KPIs (CPA, CTR, ROAS).
  • Excellent Excel/Google Sheets skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of SEO, email marketing, and affiliate marketing is a plus.
