About DotPe:

SaaS-based commerce and payments platform

Role Overview

Join our Merchant Support & Onboarding team to streamline merchant journeys, solve operational challenges, and ensure smooth onboarding. You’ll work closely with Product, Sales, and Support teams while gaining hands-on experience in SaaS operations.

Key Responsibilities

Onboard new merchants efficiently and ensure readiness to transact
Provide operational support with accuracy and empathy
Analyze dashboards, prepare reports, and resolve tickets promptly
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for process improvements

Requirements

Advanced Excel
skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Conditional Formatting)
Basic SQL
knowledge to query and interpret data
Excellent communication skills (email, calls, chats)
Student or fresh graduate from any stream with interest in operations and merchant support
