Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the factory to ensure efficient production, quality control, safety compliance, and cost-effective processes. Leads cross-functional teams to meet production targets and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications And Skills

Any Bachelors degree in Engineering
Proven experience of 6 to 8 years in retail operations, preferably in the beauty and skincare industry. Solid understanding of retail metrics and KPIs, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Key Responsibilities

Manage overall factory operations, including production, maintenance, quality, and logistics.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity and reduce costs.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Lead, coach, and develop the factory team.
Monitor KPIs and report performance to senior management.
Coordinate with supply chain and planning teams for smooth workflow.
Drive continuous improvement and lean manufacturing practices.
