Operations Head

The Head of Operations is responsible for leading, managing, and optimizing all operational functions of the institute. This includes academic operations, administration, facilities management, staff coordination, compliance, student services, budgeting, and process improvement to ensure smooth delivery of educational programs and an excellent learner experience.

Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the institute’s vision and growth plans.

Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and service excellence.

Drive standard operating procedures (SOPs) across department

Coordinate with academic heads for timetable planning, faculty allocation, curriculum scheduling, and resource management.

Ensure smooth execution of classes, exams, evaluations, and academic events.

Monitor academic quality standards and compliance.

Work with finance team on budgeting, cost control, and resource optimization.

Track operational expenses and implement cost-saving initiatives.

Manage procurement processes and vendor relationships.

Supervise campus administration including facility management, housekeeping, security, IT, transport, and hostel (if applicable).

Oversee maintenance of classrooms, labs, equipment, and learning resources.

Ensure safety protocols, audits, and statutory compliance

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Education Management, or related field.

2 years of experience in operations, preferably in education/training sector.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
